Supported Environments

Mobile POS can be accessed at H&L Mobile POS. Coming soon will be native Android & iOS apps.

A H&L representative will onboard a venue administrator. From there, additional users can be added through User Management in the H&L Cloud Portal. For more information, see How to Provide H&L Cloud Access with User Management.

You can also add Mobile POS to your mobile device’s home screen for easy access. This provides a full screen ‘app-like’ experience and is strongly recommended.

On Android devices:

Browse to the Mobile POS application - Using the Chrome browser, go to https://pos.hlcloud.com.au/
Login to Mobile POS – When prompted, enter your Mobile POS registered email and password.

Note: If Mobile POS and Menu Management have not been added to your H&L cloud environment, contact your Account Manager or email sales@hlpos.com for more information.
Open the Browser Menu – Once Mobile POS loads, tap the three vertical dots (menu icon) in the upper-right corner of the browser.
Add to Home Screen – From the menu, select Add to home screen.
Add or Install – This step may vary depending on your device or Chrome browser version. You may be prompted to:
1. Tap Install to install the Mobile POS as an app on your home screen, or
2. Tap Add, and if prompted, confirm by tapping Add again, tapping Add Automatically, or dragging the icon to where you want it on your home screen.

On iOS devices:

Browse to the Mobile POS application - Using the Safari or Chrome browser, go to https://pos.hlcloud.com.au/
Login to Mobile POS – When prompted, enter your Mobile POS registered email and password.

Note: If Mobile POS and Menu Management have not been added to your H&L cloud environment, contact your Account Manager or email sales@hlpos.com for more information.
Open the Share Menu – Once Mobile POS loads, tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (it looks like a square with an upward arrow).
Add to Home Screen – Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add – In the upper-right corner, tap Add.
