Menu Management is a tool for managing menus for the purpose of supporting H&L and 3rd party apps that require the use of a product list or menu. Menu Management can be integrated with Sysnet On-Premise to receive PLUs and price changes. 


Menu Management consists of: 

  • SysnetMenuManagementExporter.exe - An export application used to configure and manually upload Sysnet PLU data to the cloud. 
     
  • H&L Sysnet - Menu Management Exporter Service – A background service on the H&L on premise server that automates the synchronisation of new and updated Sysnet PLU data. 
     
  • Menu Management Application – A web-based interface where users can create menus and review uploaded PLU items (including modifiers). 
     
  • Menu Management API – Used to support H&L and 3rd party application integrations. 

 

Accessing Menu Management 

 

Menu Management can be accessed at H&L Menu Management 

For more information on getting access to Menu Management, contact your Account Manager or email us at sales@hlpos.com. 

Once access is assigned, the invited user will receive an email invitation to access the Menu Management Portal. Follow the email Accept button to create your H&L Cloud account (if one does not already exist) or to access the Menu Management application. Enter your email and password to log in.  
 

  

 
Additional users can be added via User Management, in the H&L Cloud Portal. For more information, see How to Provide H&L Cloud Access with User Management.
