The Sysnet Menu Management Exporter is used to manually upload items (non-modifier PLUs), modifiers (normal modifier PLUs), prices and qty on hand from Sysnet On Premise to Menu Management.

To manually upload using the Sysnet Menu Management Exporter:

Open the Sysnet Menu Management Exporter.
A shortcut may be available on the desktop of your H&L server or workstation. Alternatively, launch it from: C:\Program Files (x86)\H & L\Sysnet\ SysnetMenuManagementExporter\SysnetMenuManagementExporter.exe
Select the Authenticate button.
If authentication is successful:
- The button text will update to Authenticated.
- The bottom bar will confirm you are logged in.
- The other buttons and options will become available to use.
If authentication fails:
- The bottom bar will display Authentication failed.
- Confirm your device has internet access, then close and reopen the exporter to try again.
- If the issue persists, contact the H&L Support Team.
Use the Location dropdown to select the location to upload. A corresponding Location will be created in Menu Management.
(optional) Select the Options button and adjust the available settings. For more information, see Menu Management Exporter – Configuration.
Select the Upload Menu button.
The button text will change to Uploading please wait... while in progress.
Once the upload is complete, OK the Upload successful and Upload complete pop-up windows.
Repeat this process for each location you require Menus.
