Managing Wastage
About
This guide outlines how to record wastage from the Point of Sale (POS) terminal or from back of house. Wastage is recorded separately from general stock discrepancies (typically found during stocktakes) and allows you to include a reason for the stock write-off, such as damage, spoilage, or corked wine.
