Introducing Stock Mobile for Sysnet Cloud

Stock Mobile is the first Sysnet Cloud module to launch. It is now part of H&L’s cloud solutions, which include Order Display Monitor, Dashboards, Cloud Backups, User Management, and more.

Specifically designed for mobile devices, Stock Mobile provides quick, easy access to essential stock movement and adjustment functions. Stock Mobile integrates seamlessly with your Sysnet on-premise installation to ensure your stock on hand is accurate and up to date

Stock Mobile is accessed from the H&L Cloud Portal. For more information or to add Stock Mobile to your H&L Cloud environment, contact your Account Manager or email us at sales@hlpos.com.

⚠️ Note: Stock Mobile is initially only available for single-venue operations. Syswan (multi-venue) compatibility and additional Sysnet Cloud modules will be available in future updates.

Functions and Features

Stock Mobile includes the following features:

Mobile-optimised UI: Menus and functions designed for mobile resolutions and touch input, with barcode scanning via your device’s camera.
Transfer Stock: Easily transfer stock between locations within your venue.
Count Stocktake: Create stocktakes, scan barcodes via camera (or laser scanner on a dedicated device) or manually search for products to enter counts, view current counts, and process.
Stock Info: Scan or manually search for products to view current stock quantities and prices.
Discrepancy: Quickly adjust system stock quantities to match actual stock.
Record Wastage: Track and record stock loss.
View History: Access previously processed records within the adjustment and movement functions.
