Integration Overview for Now Book It

Now Book It is an online reservation and table management solution for hospitality venues including restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs and wineries. H&L's Integration to Now Book It supports reservation, deposit and gift card functionality.

Integration Features

Reservations and Deposits

• Now Book It reservations and cancellations are automatically synchronised with H&L.

• Now Book It reservations are visible from the Exceed POS terminal, including basic details such as name, phone number, email, covers, and comments.

• Exceed automatically adds a table when a reservation is seated in Now Book It.

• Now Book It deposits can be automatically redeemed against a seated table in Exceed.

• H&L table status changes are synchronised with Now Book It when status names match.

• H&L table charges are sent to Now Book It in real time. These can be viewed in the dashboard and against guests.

• Now Book It reservations can be manually resynchronised via the Utilities.
  
  

Gift Cards

• From Exceed, check the balance of a Now Book It gift card.

• From Exceed, redeem a Now Book It gift card partially or in full.
