How to View Stock Info with Stock Mobile

Stock Mobile, available with Sysnet Cloud, includes the Stock Info function, which gives you easy access to stock price and quantity information from your mobile device.

Finding a Stock Item
From the Stock Mobile home screen select the Stock Info icon
From the Find Stock Item screen, locate a stock item by scanning the barcode or searching by item description.
Viewing the Stock Item Details
Having selected an item, the Stock Item Details screen will appear. From here, you can:
View the Quantity in Stock
Select Quantity in Stock.
A table will appear, showing the quantity of the item per location.
Quantities are listed for the inner (stocktaking) unit.
Note: All quantities exclude adjustments from current shift sales, as these are decremented with the End of Shift process (typically run overnight).
To return:
Use the Go Back button or the (←) Back button to return to the Stock Item Details screen
Use the Home button to return to the main Stock Mobile screen
View Prices
Select Prices.
Select a location from the Location dropdown.
Prices for the selected location will be displayed grouped by factor (Carton, Single, Bottle, Glass, etc.).
Under each factor are five records (representing price levels A-E in descending order) displaying the price name and current price.
Note: Prices shown reflect the current sales prices including active sales specials, future prices and sales stock (PLU) overriding price changes.
To return:
Use the Go Back button or the (←) Back button to return to Stock Item Details screen
Use the Home button to return to the main Stock Mobile screen
