Using the Takeaway Feature on Exceed
About
Exceed includes two built-in takeaway options that can be configured.
Takeaway is ideal for pickup orders, allowing you to record a name, phone number, and pickup time against a table charge.
Takeaway II is better suited for deliveries. It allows you to search for existing customer records (by name), view a customer's previous orders, add new customer details—including name, phone number, address, and comments—as well as specify a delivery time and delivery instructions.
